He says the Western Hemisphere cannot possibly supply Europe's deficiencies, and that continued credits will only reduce Europe, to economic slavery leading to fresh wars. The only pormanent solution is greatly increased production and sustained individual effort. At present fifteen millions families in Europe receive unemployment doles. Europe's population is one hundred millions in excess of the Continent'* productivity— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
