A PUZZLING POSITION. WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS INTERRUPTED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Paris, Sept, 4. The Roumanian delegates told M. Pichon that they were not surprised that the Peace Conference Notes had not been received in Bucharest. They sent 75 radiograms to M. Bfetiano a fortnight ago, which had not been delivered. The cause has not yet been explained. The War Minister, who controls the wireless in Bucharest, confirms' the delegates' statement. M. Pichon confesses that he is puzzled, and is suspending judgment. Paris, Sppt. 4. M. Bratiano, Roumanian Premier, declares that the Allies' Notes have not reached him. He will reply as soon as he knows the situation. Inquiry shows that of 75 official Roumanian wireless messages from Paris in the past fortnight none have reached Bucharest.— Au»,*N.Z. Cable Assn.
