KEEP YOUR STOMACH FREE FROM ACID.
A WISE PRECAUTION ADVISED BY SPECIALISTS. Acid is the underlying causa of practically all forms of digestive and stomach troubles, and it is for this reason that specialists aim at neutralising acidity of the stomach before ' attempting other treatment. The method usually followed is to advise the sufferer to take half-a-tcaspoonful of bisurated magnesia in a little water after meals, and it is stated that in ninety-nine cases out of a hundred no other treatment is found neeessary. This is because bisurated magnesia neutralises' the acid which is the actual cause of the trouble, and good results are then quickly noticeable. The inflamed stomach is soothed and comforted; food no longer ferments or causes heartburn, wind or flatulence, and as perfect digestion is restored, there is a decided improvement in the general health. It is therefore always wise to take steps to prevent the dangerous accumulation of acid in the stomach, and to this end specialists strongly advocate the regular use of bisurated magnesia by all who arc subject to attacks of digestive or stomach trouble. A large bottle of bisurated magnesia in powder form can bo obtained from any chemist, while those who appreciate the convenience of tablets will be glad to learn that bisurated magnesia is also obtainable in .this form in flasks containing GO and l. r >o tablets respectively. Immediate relief is experienced on taking bisurated magnesia; digestive troubles disappear, pains and discomforts are removed, normal digestion is promoted, and, as a consequence, the general health is improved, and life itself presents a far clearer, brighter and happier aspect.
