A WISE PRECAUTION ADVISED BY SPECIALISTS. Acid is the underlying causa of practically all forms of digestive and stomach troubles, and it is for this reason that specialists aim at neutralising acidity of the stomach before ' attempting other treatment. The method usually followed is to advise the sufferer to take half-a-tcaspoonful of bisurated magnesia in a little water after meals, and it is stated that in ninety-nine cases out of a hundred no other treatment is found neeessary. It is therefore always wise to take steps to prevent the dangerous accumulation of acid in the stomach, and to this end specialists strongly advocate the regular use of bisurated magnesia by all who arc subject to attacks of digestive or stomach trouble.
