Seceived Sept. 5, 1.30 a.m. London, Sept. •!. Colonel John Ward, a member of the House of Commons, has returned from Siberia. He says the Bolsheviks possess great resourves and command the richest manufacturing areas, whereas their enemies are obliged to rely on the agricultural areas. The Bolsheviks have practically unlimited muntions. Russia received on the eve of the revolution munitions for sixteen million troops. The Germans secured a very small portion. GOVERNMENT BANK ROBBED. Received Sept. 4, 11.5 p.m. Copenhagen, Sept. 3. A gang of eighteen robbed the Government's bank at Moscow of two million roubles. This is the third robbery in a short period.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
