SUPREME COURT.
NAPIER SESSION. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Napier, Last Night. At the Supreme Court, after hearing in camera sine* last Thursday, the jury to-night retained a verdict of £IOOO damages against J. J. Faulkner, corespondent, in a divorce action brought by F. A. Price, and found that respondent and co-respondent had committed adultery, and also found that petitioner had committed adultery with some woman unknown.
