Carson's campaign in Ulster, which is opening at Belfast to-morrow, where Sir E. Carson unfolds his plans to the Ulster Unionist Council. The proposals include the revival of Unionist Clubs, which in 1912 automatically became battalions of Ulster volunteers. The Dublin correspondent of the Daily Mail states that the authorities have learned that a camouflaged Sinn Fein ship filled with arms is about to arrive at an Irish port.
