■ The new Transport Ministry is establishing motor transport bureaux all over the country to minimise empty return journeys, and hopes to largely relieve the congestion, especially at the docks. Food and wool will have priority.
IRISH PRESS CENSORSHIP. Received Aug. 29, 7.40 p.m. London, Aug. 28. The Irish press censorship will be abolished on the 31st inst.
