According' to despatches from Athens, President Wilson sent the Turkish Government a telegram summoning Turkey to end the Armenian massacres, and threatening otherwise to cancel the fourteen points guaranteeing the maintenance of Ottoman sovereignty purely to Turkish regions.—Reuter.
