PUNISHMENT IN U.S. ARMY. By Teleiraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Washington, Aug. 27. Mr. Ansell, Acting-Judgc-Advocate-General, in evidence before the Senate Committer inquiring into punishments in the American Army, said they were savagely harsh.
