The international aerial Derby race from Mineola (New York) to Toronto and return has started. There are many entrants, including American army and navy airmen. RETURN TRIP TO PARIS. Received Aug. .26, 8.15 p.m. London, Aug. 25. The first Air Company's return journey to Paris was completed to schedule time. It left Hounslow at nine in the morning and returned at 2.45. Received Aug. 26, 7.35 p.m. London, Aug. 25. A Handley-Page machine, with twelve passengers, left London on Monday for the return journey to Paris, The machine is missing. Received Aug. 26, 10.13 p.m. London, Aug. 25. The Morning Post's Paris correspondent says Roumania is seriously considering refusing to sign the Austrian Treaty. She objects to the peace in connection with Mr. Hoover and M. Loucheur's Note' to Roumania protesting against Roumania taking Hungarian assets belonging to all the Allies. Roumania has been informed that the Allies propose to suspend the fulfilment of the contracts relating to the supply of arms and ammunition. Relations with Roumania are getting worse, and are reaching a crisis. A rupture is possible. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
