AMERICAN MISSION" INVESTIGATING SITUATION. By Telegraph,—Press Assn.—Copyright. Paris, Aug. 20. An American mission, under General Harbord, is leaving Brest to investigate the situation in Armenia and the Caucasus. A commission is considering the revision of the treaties of 1839.
