ROYALTY ON TOUR.

HALIFAX'S WELCOME. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. New York, Aug. 18. The Prince of Wales landed at the same spot at Halifax as his/grandfather landed in 1880, and his father in 1001. The British, French, and Italian warships in the harbour fired a salute. The Prince visited the part of the city devastated by the explosion of munitions on the ship Mount Blane in December, 1917. He received addresses from the Government of Nova Scotia, and the municipality of Halifax.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
