Cable Assoc. * Motor boatfl and five submarines were tent to the Baltic in June to protect the mine-sweepers. The motor-boats are tS feet long and have a speed of over 42 miles an hour. They have no guns, tout carry two torpedoes Which are dropped astern tail first, necessitating that the motor boat should rapidly swerve to escape its own torpedo. THE CRUISER RURIK.
