Arbitration Court. AN INEXPLICABLE POSITION. ANOTHER MEETING TO BE CALLED. Received August 15, 11 p.m. Sydney, August 15. An inexplicable position has arisen in connection with the seamen's Btrike. The officials of the Seamen's Union states the strike it definitely off, and 1 preparations / were mad* to resume work on Monday, unless Senator Millen advised to the contrary, Senator Millen states he received no message from the Sydney seamen, but the Sydney union received a message from Senator Millen, and were unable, to divulge the contents. Another mass meeting is called for to-morrow.
