ROUMANIANS TO LEAVE BUDAPEST Bucharest, August 12. The Roumanian Cabinet resolved not to evacuate Budapest until the Entente redeemed the concession granted Roumania in 1016. London, August 14. It is reported that the Roumanians are leaving Budapest.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. Paris, August 14. Czccho-Slovakia has protested to the Allies against the restoration of the Hapsburgs at Budapest.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
