The hotel is situated on about 14 acres of land, held on a lease, which expires on the 14th March, 1923. It'contains 24 bedrooms, sit-ting-room, commercial room, billiard room, etc. The Hot Springs are on the adjacent reserve, a few minutes' walk from the hotel, and it is a very fine health resort.
