A MYSTERY DISPELLS. FATE OF THE BREMEN. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received August 14, 9.25 p.m. Amsterdam, August 11. The Vossiche dispels the mystery of the German merchantman Bremen. The crew have reached Bremen, and state that the British captured the vessel, and isolated the crew for three years to preserve tho secret. [The Bremen was the second submarine that was to carry mails to the United States, in conjunction with the Deutchland. The Bremen never completed her maiden voyage, and the above cable explains the reason.]
