Brisbane, August, 11.—Durham, for New Zealand. Onehupga, August 11.—Rarawa, at 3 45 p.m., for New Plymouth,-passing Manukau Heads at 0.10 p.m. THE BADEN POWELL. The Baden Powell brought about 20C tons of benzine and goneral cargo from Wellington and commenced discharging yesterday morning. She takes in some general cargo and throe tons of bunker coal, and Is expected to leave for South about 10 o'clock this morning. THE CORINNA, The Corlnna was working yesterday discharging 75 tons of general cargo broußht from Wellington and commencing to lpad 9000 crates of cheese for the Orarl. She Is expected to •all for Wellington' at noon to-day. She proceeds thence to Lyttelton to load general produce and returns direct to New Plymouth. THE RAKANOA. The Rakanoa remained at anchor In the roadstead yesterday. She will berth when the Corlnna leaves at about noon to-day. THE NGATORO. A commencement was made to discharge tho Ngatnro at 6 pm. yesterday, the watersiders agreeing to work till 10 pm. She Is expected to get away to-day for Greymouth where she loads a cargo of coal for New Plymouth. THE RARAWA. The Rarawa Is due as usual from Onehunga this morning and will leave for the north again on arrival of the Wellington mall to-night. THE ARAPAWA. Preparations wero being completed on Sunday for a further attempt to refloat tho Arapawa, which Is stranded at the mouth of the Wnitara River. Two sets of tackle had been rigged to connect the bow of the vessel with anchors embedded at distances of 100 yards or more, one being at a point further aiong the beach and the other seaward.' The top of spring tide will be to-day Since the beginning of last week the vessel ha 9 worked her way Inshore behind the wall on the north side of the river entrance, and is high and dry on the beach. The vessel's stem la pointing slightly In shore, and she has a slight list. Tho rudder has been broken off. THE WHITE PINE. Waniranul, Yesterdsy. The barquentlno White Pine arrived here on Saturday night from Tarakohe. Captain Proctor denies the report that tho vessel went aground In Golden Bay. He states that the barqucntlne arrived at the Tnrnkohe anchorarc on Sunday, August 3. getting as close to the wharf as the tide would allow. After discharging 100 tons Into lighten! she drew alongside the wharf. Arrangements had been miulo previous to the vpsael leaving Australia with tho Anchor Company that a ship should bo sent to assist the White Pine In lightering at Tarakohe. Two lighter loads were put out and then tho boat got alongside the wharf. The Willie Pine was never at any time In a dangerous position. VESSELS FOR OVERSEAS.
