A rather unusual experience befell a resident of Redcliffs shortly before on© o'clock the other morning, when he was disturbed by a knocking at the front diior of his residence (reports a Christchurch paper)- On opening the door lie noticed a returned soldier in' uniform, and by his maner it was seen that'the visitor was in trouble. The invitation to come in was accepted, but in a short time the visitor became uncontrollably violent, and succeeded insmashing a conBiderabie amount of furniture. The police at Sumner were communicated and the soldier was removed to the city for treatment. SAY "CAMBROC." And say it plainly.
