TWO TRANSPORTS AT AUCKLAND.
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Aug, 8. The transport TJlimaroa arrived this morning with. 1000 troops from Egypt and Palestine. Trooper Fraser die? oh the voyage. The rest of the troops are well, and the vessel has been declared a clean ship.
Tbe Matatua also arrived this morning with 682 troop? on board. There has been no sickness or neriolis illness. The Southern men ■will be to the Ulimaroa, which is going on to the South.
