Slag! Slag! Slag! I have been fortunate in securing a small shipment of the celebrated, HIGH GRADE "LEEDS 11 SLAQ—the' Slag which so materially increased the milk production of Taranaki—due to arrive at Moturoa, by direct steamer, early in September. The ANALYSIS of this shipment is the same as in former years, vie., 18-20 PER CENT PHOSPHORIC ACID. To those who have already booked their orders, it will be a satisfaction to know that "LEEDS" Slag is actually cheaper than inferior grades (now being manufactured in the United Kingdom) at less money: therefore, the intelligent farmer when comparing the analysis and price of the respective brands, will readily recognise that one ton of "LEEDS" flag is worth nearly two tons of a mis-named cheaper article, analysing, say, 10-12 per cent. ' As only a limited quantity of my shipment is now unsold, it is advisable to ORDER AT ONCE. NEWTON KING, New Plymouth, Inglewood, Stratford, Kaponga and Manaia, Chief Dominion Agent for "LEEDS" BASIC SLAG.
