, VARIOUS RESOLUTIONS, By Telegraph.—Press Assn—Copyright. Received Aug. 7. 1.40 p.m. Amsterdam, Aug. 5. The International Trades Union Congress has concluded. A resolution was carried that the Internationale refuse to participate in the world Labor Conference at Washington in October, in accordance with the Labor charter of the peace treaty, unless the trade union representatives of all countries are admitted, without exception, and recognised as Labor representatives. Other resolution carried were in favor of the early termination of the blockade against Russia and Hungary; in favor of the investigation of the trade union movement in Russia; in favor of the socialisation of the means of production; and declaring that the League of Nations should be founded on the will and co-operation of the peoples, and should have legislative as well as judicial powers.—Reuter.
