For United Kingdom, Europe, North aUd South America (correspondence must be spedially endorsed "per s.s. Waluiana'O, via Weiliiffiton, at 3.15 a.m. Best despatch Is via San Francisco on 7th instant. THURSDAY, AUGUST 7. For United Kingdom, Europe, Expeditionary Forces, Canada, North and South America, Weßt Indies, via San Francisco; also Tahiti and Rarotonga (per Moana, from AVelllnßton). For letters only, at (1.15 a.m. (Newspapers and packets close August 6, at 6.15 a.m., and money orders at 4 p.m.).
