A Federation of British Industries, with a membership of 18,000 firms and a capital oi .5000 millions, has been formed. After investigation the parliamentary committee issued a remarkable declaration against nationalisation, instead of which they recommend Whitley Councils, enabling the workers to have the fullest voice in determining the conditions of employment.
