BOARD OF TRADE'S APPEAL. ■-. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyrlsht. London, July 26. The Board of Trade in a circular urges merchants to initiate a big campaign to capture German markets. The department states that the Government wishes to encourage British trade with Germany. Our export trade must he developed in every way, moreover bade with Germany will hasten the payments for reparation.—Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assn.
