MORE RACE RIOTS, SEVERE FIGHTING; By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. New York, July 28. Race rioting at Chicago has been resumed. Shots were exchanged in numerous encounters, but there were no casualties. The police have regained control.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc. Received July 29, 8.30 p.m, New York, July 29, Two fresh outbreaks of rioting occurred at Chicago. The fighting between the armed whites and blacks resulted in eight being killed' and scores wounded.
