PUBLIC NOTICES. NEW PLYMOUTH HARBOR BOARD. JJ'OTICE is hereby given that the New Plymouth Harbor Board will, at a Special Meeting of the Board to be at the Offlce of the Board, sjtuato in Brougham Street, New Plymouth, on Friday, the 15th day of August, 1019, at noon, make the following rate: A Special Rate of One Penny in the £ upon the Capital Value of all the rateable property in the area described in the Second Schedule to "The New Plymouth Harbor Board Empowering Act, 1908." Two-thirds of a Penny in the £ 1 upon the Capital Value of all the rateable property in the area de scribed in the Third Schedule to the said "New Plymouth Harbor Board Empowering Act, 1918." And One-third of a Ponuy in the £ upon the Capital Value of all rateable property in the area described in the First Schedulo to " The New Plymouth Harbor ■ Board Empowering Act, 1908." The said rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency, of and to provide interest and sinking fund on a loan or loans not exceeding in the aggregate £300,000, authorised to bo raised under the provisions of "The New Plymouth Harbor Boai-d Empowering Act, 1918," and will be payable at the Office of the Board aforesaid in two equal instalments, on the 15th day of February and the 15th day of August in each year.
