Chief Detective Boddam said the parents had been communicated with, nnd they were willing to take charge of tier. She is now in a normal state, and it is unlikely she will repeat the attempt on her life. The magistrate said accused had had a severe lesson, and, in the circumstances, she would be discharged on the charge of having attempted to commit suicide.
