Veitch, M.P., said the Nation*! upvernment had been a.£ha»t)y failure as far as internal legislation was concerned. He claimed that the Dominion's greatest present need was indjMtrial prosperity. The present party that claimed to represent Labor was dominated by extremists, and he urgefllne formation of a moderate Labor party which would organise to return rebresentatives at the next election.
