RESTRICTED TRAIN SERVICE.
CLEARING HOUSE AT CHRISTCHURCH. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, July 23. The Citizens' Railway Transport Committee, working in conjunction with the Railway Department, has opened a clearing house for the examination of all railway consignment notes for outward Mr. Harris, assistant traffic manager, is in charge, assisted by two members of the committee. Heavy business is being done.
