A SPLIT IN THE SOVIET. By Telegraph.—Press Assn,—Copyright. Received July 22, 2.15 p.m. Vienna, July 21. The reports of Bela Kun's attempt to negotiate with the Allies caused a split in the Soviet directorate. A faction, led by Szamuely, seized the most important barracks, and established a dictatorship. Bela Kun is isolated and virtually a prisoner.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. ,BELA KUN'S FATE DOUBTFUL.
