The Inter-Allied Committee appointed to report on the beat commemoration of the war recommends the building of an international city, Geopolis (the world city), with rich gardens, promenades and memorials. The committee unrests a great battlefield site In Belgium and recommends that the site be neutralised and the citv become the seat of the League of Nations.
