CHRISTCHUECH GOODS PROBLEM SOLVED. By Telegraph.--Preg3 Association. Cliristchurch, July 18. ■ The Railway Department has definitely accepted the offered assistance of the Cliristchurch citizens' railway transit committee, and the committee will open offices in the city as from Tuesday next. All consignment notes will be required to be presented at this ollice for consideration before any goods can be raileu iroul the city.
