The committee dealing with responsibility for crimes resolved to adhere to the terms of the Treaty and refuse Hollweg's and Hindenburg's oilers to replace the ex-Kaiser.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. WILHELM'S MOVEMENTS. LOOKING FOR A SAFE HOME, Received July 20, 5.5 p.m. New York, July 12. The Times' Ameiongen correspondent interviewed Count Bentinck, who said there was no truth in the statement that the ex-Kaiser was planning to leave the Castle. He will remain there until a suitable home has been found for him by the Dutch authorities. The ex-Kaiser is at liberty to walk or ride within the limit of the parish of Amerongen and Leersum, which lias a radius of four miles from the Castle. A search had been made Bince last November for a suitable house, combining comfort and Bafetv, but so far efforts had been unsuccessful. -i

Received Julv 20, 5.5 p.m. New York, July 19 A United Press message from Basle itates that the ex-Kaiser gave his word of honor to the Dutch Government that he will not attempt to escape from Hoiland.
