Herr Mueller said that Germany was about to enter a 40 years' march through the desert and tread .the path of suffering wHich the treaty prescribed. When the pact was Bigned they dismembered Germany and millions of Germans were torn from the Fatherland. , The Socialist Kretzig protested against the treaty of violence threatening to make the new Europe a powder magazine for fresh bloody wars. All the speakers and parties delivered orations in a similar strain. THE DISMEMBERED GERMANS. URGED TO BE LOYAL. Received July 17, 8.45 p.m. Berlin, July 10. During a debate in ;the Assembly at Weimar, Herr Mueller declared that he hastened, the ratification of the Peace Treaty in order to get the blockade lifted. He assured the dismembered Germans .that: "We will not forget them, and hope they will not forget or disown us until they are peaceable, and, perhaps, soon they can return to the Fatherland through the League of Nations." —Times Service.
