HEAVY TRAFFIC ON COUNTY ROADS VOTICE is hereby given that in consideration of the weak state of the roada, the Counpil intends to strictly enfores tha by-law prohibiting "heavy traffic" on the County roads. "Heavy traffic" means the carriage of more than thirty hundredweight (one and a half tons), including the weight of the vehicle (this applies to motor lorries as well as other vehicles) on each pair of wheels.
