McGhae, aged 34 years, who returned by the Kigoma, was found dead to-day, shot through the heart. Deceased left his mother's home at Upper Hutt taking a shot-gun, saying lie was going to shoot a hawk. Later, the body was found about half a mile away. A note was found near indicating his intention to shoot himself.
