THE KIGOMA DRAFT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, July 14. The Kigoma, with returning draft No. 262 on board, is expected to reach Wellington at daylight to-morrow. If she Is a clean ship she will berth a,t 10 a.m. ARRANGEMENTS FOR DISTRIBUTION. Wellington, Last Night. The following arrangements have been made for the distribution of the Iligoma's troops: Details for Auckland, Wanganui, New Plymouth, Napier, Gisborne, and Palmerston North leave by special train from Thorndon at 1 p.m. The men for Wanganui will stop at Marton for a meal, and will then proceed home by a connecting train. The men for New Plymouth will be billeted at Marton overnight, and proceed home on Wednesday morning. The men for Auckland will continue home by a special train as far as Taumarunui, where they will connect on Wednesday morning for the trip further north. The Masterton men will depart from Lambton by the 4.28 p.m. train to-morrow, and details for districts bevond Masterton will be billeted at Masterton till next morning; The Nelson, Westport, and north of Westport men leave by the Nikau at 5 p.m., and the Picton and Blenheim draft bv< the Mapburika at nodn oh Wednesday. The men for south of Westport, Canterbury, Otago, and Southland will leave by the Mararoa at 7.45 p.m. to-morrow.
