HEAVY TRAFFIC ON COUNTY ROADS is hereby given that in consideration of the weak state of the roads, the Council intends to-strictly enforce the by-law prohibiting "heavy traffic" on the County roads. "Heavy traffic" means the carriage of more than thirty hundredweight (one--and a half tons), including the weigh*, of the vehicle (this applies to saotor lorries as well as other vehicles) oa each pair of wheels.
