Mr. Cecil Ilarmswortb (foreign Un-der-Secretary), speaking in the House of Commons, said one Britith mission was attached to General Deniken's headquarters, and another was eicaminincf the conditions in Bulgaria and Austria.

CRIMEA ENTIRELY LIBERATED. Reecived July 13, 8.5 p.m. London, July 8. The latest reports show that General Deniken has entirely liberated the Crimea, and is within 75 miles of Sarjoo.
