ARMISTICE TERMS, AMIR CONSIDERS THEM ONE-SIDED. By Telejraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received, July 9, 5.5 p.m. Simla, July in. The Amir's letter, dated Juno 29, has been received. The Amir pretests against the one-sided character of the armistice terms, which are impossible of literal observance. He asks for the withdrawal of British troops from Spinbaldak and Dalcka and the abandonment of the use of aeroplanes. The Viceroy, in replying, points out that Afghanistan began the war, also she is now anxious to sue for peace. He declares that a modification of the armistice terms is impossible, and says it is unnecessary to prolong the correspondence and directs the Afghan delegates to present themselves to British lines on the morning of July 22-
