The election will be held on the 24th July, 1919, and the Poll will close at 5 p.m. Every Candidate shall be nominated in writing by one or more Parents entitled to vote for his election. Each such parent may nominate any number of candidates not exceeding the number to be elected. "Parent" means the parent or guardian having the actual custody or control of a pupil of the school. It means the father, if so qualified; if not, then the mother, being so qualified; or, in neither bo so qualified, then the actual guardian of the pupil; but does not in any way include both the father and the mother of a pupil, nor include either of the parents and the guardian.
