WEATHER FORECAST.
By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The atmospheric pressure increased steadily during the week-end, and moderate to strong south winds have ruled. The weather has been cool and changeable, with scattered showers, but conditions have improved generally since Sunday night. Present indications are for moderate southerly winds northwards of New Plymouth and Cnstlepoint, and variable breezes with westerly prevailing and freshening shortly elsewhere. Pair weather probable generally, but unsettled at times in the West Coast and southernmost districts in the South Island. The barometer shows little movement, but has a falling tendency in the south.
