Advice was received yesterday that the Rarawa was unable to cross tho Manukau bar, and she will therefore not reach New Plymouth this morning. There is considered to be a good prospect of her getting away this afternoon and reaching here to-morrow morning, in which case she will Bail for the north again at 0.15 in the evening. A train will leave the station at 5.45 pm. REFLOATING THE ICOWHAI. Wellington, July 3. The Kowhal. which is ashore at Farewell Spit, lias shifted 200 feet seaward on the anchors. Aided by the westerly wind, it is expected to refloat her shortly.
