By Telegraph—Praia Associate. Wellington, Laat Night. The disturbance of yesterday was centred off the East Cape but is now located in the vicinity of the Chatham Islands. Decreasing southerly winds have prevailed, with cold and showery weather in many parts, but conditions have improved generally to-day. Present Indications are for southerly breezes, veering to increasing westerlies and northerlles, the weather being changeable, but cloudy and unsettled conditions are likely to prevail again shortly, especially in all the western districts.
