A large meeting of the Thames section ot the Post and Telegraph Officers' Association last night resolved: That the Meeting deplores the fact that a serious attempt appears to have been made to classify experienced and qualified officers below the fifth class, many of the responsible positions in the sixth class not being re-graded according to the value or responsibility of the work.
