The Farmers' Cg-operatlve Organisation Society held a. very successful sale of Messrs. Seidel and McConnack's pedigree and 'grade Frleslans at Stuart Koad, Eltham, yesterday. There was a large attendance of- buyers, and big prices ruled. For a two-year belter (Grace Payne 2nd van Racelands) 75 guineas was realised, while the bull Rudolph Paxton of Monavale brought 52 guineas. Ths grades were in great demand, the highest price being £33, and the average for the herd of 60, £l9 12s. Amongst the herd were a number of old cows which brought about £l2, thus materially reducing the average. Grade ' heifers brought from £ll to £l2, and yearling bulls 1% to 8 guineas; store pigs, £1 9s to £3; three sows, £l4, Horses sold up to £26. Prices of pedigree stock: Cow, Magpie I-ns'-'.c of Ashlynn.—A. Elliott (Matapu), 40 guineas. • Yearling bull. Ideal Prince.—C. A. Clarke (Hawera), 18 guineas. Cow, Gowan Lea Magpie.—A.
