SWARMING WITH TROOPS. GOVERNMENT TAKING NO CHANCES By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received June 17, 1.10 a.m. Copenhagen, June 15. Berlin is again swarming with troops, in anticipation of an attempt to overturn the Government. The minority section's campaign at Weimar collapsed, Scheidemann disclosing that their leader (Cohen Rous) wa3 a fanatical champion of submarine warfare, and Hollweg's right hand man in 1914. He is now advocating a soviet republic, merely in order to thwart the Allies—especially England.—Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assoc.
