STANDISH CUP COMPETITION. The first Saturday round of this competition will be played to-day, the entrance fee being 2s. The following is the draw:— Peyton, Weston, and McQuade byes. J. Austin plays G. Gray, T. P. Anderson plays W. H. Robertshaw, A. Bewley plays D. Smythe, J. Milne plays F. F. Johns, T. G. Thomson plays D. Hutclien. The match will be played -on bogey handicap, the longer handicapped man making the difference in the handicaps
