The counter-attractions l.ist night dently militated against a large attend ance at the meeting called for the purpose of trying to revive interest U hockey in North Taramiki Those pr«»> ont, however, were confident, that the game would be revived, their being able to account for a number sufficient to form possibly three terns and it WM also thought that a number of other young fellows could ba interested in the sport. A canvass of likflv players Is to be made meantime, and 'another meeting is to be held at the Soldiers' Club on Monday night next. '
